IRA (Independent
Reading Activity): Postcard from the Book
Create a
postcard of the setting of your book (when and where it takes place). On the blank side of the index card, draw
your picture that shows the setting.
(You can certainly show more about your book.) On the back (lined) side of the card, on the
left side write a note to yourself as if you are a character in the book. On the back right, address the postcard to
yourself with your home address. You can
even create your own stamp in the top right corner.
Your IRA is
due on Friday.
